Return Policy

Unused items, unless otherwise specified, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds or store credit will be issued for the lower of the purchase price or current price, minus shipping costs, provided the items are returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging.

Warranty Policy

Customers ordering more than $1,000 per month qualify for a Lifetime Warranty on defective items. All other customers are eligible for a 12-month warranty on defective items. Please review the exclusions listed below. Warranty items may be returned for a store credit at the lower of the purchase or current price.

Discrepancies

Order discrepancies or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exclusions

• Physical and Installation Damage: Not covered (unless covered by our LCD/OLED Break Warranty noted on the product page).
• Batteries: 1-year warranty
• Devices: 60-day warranty (must be returned without passcodes, passwords, or accounts/iCloud).
• Tools and Accessories: 30-day warranty
• Discontinued Products: 30-day warranty

Some products have specific warranty and return policies listed on their product page.
Items physically damaged in transit due to improper packaging will be rejected.

Return Labels

Customers ordering more than $1,000 per month qualify for a complimentary return shipping label. All other customers may request a return shipping label for a $15.00 deduction from the return credit. Return labels do not include insurance. Customers requiring insurance must arrange their own shipping.

Policy Abuse

Due to repeated abuse of these policies, stricter rules may be applied to customers who demonstrate abuse.
