The use of services from Wholesale Gadget Parts, [hereafter referred to as "Provider"] constitutes agreement to these terms.

We will setup your account after receipt of all required account information, payment receipt verification and the conclusion of all order & fraud screening processes. Providing false contact information may result in termination.
All services provided by Provider may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of OKLAHOMA, and the United States apply.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
Use of our services to infringe upon copyrighted or trademarked material is prohibited. This includes unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or other works. Sale of counterfeit items will result in immediate account termination.
Provider services and related equipment may be monitored for authorized use and security. Information may be recorded and used for authorized purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Material considered obscene, threatening, illegal, or violating terms may be removed with or without notice.
You agree to supply appropriate payment in advance. Services will be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing through the provided process. You will receive written confirmation when your account is canceled.
Provider reserves the right to cancel accounts at any time. Violations of the Terms of Service waive the refund policy.
Customer agrees to defend and hold Provider harmless from all liabilities, claims, losses, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising from services or products sold through Provider.
By using services, you agree to binding arbitration. Disputes will be handled by an arbitrator selected by Provider. All decisions are final and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Provider is not responsible for business damages. No warranties are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data, delays, wrong deliveries, or service interruptions.
Provider may disclose subscriber information to law enforcement without consent upon lawful request.
Provider may revise policies at any time without notice.
