The third generation of AMTECH's NC-559 no-clean tacky flux, made for even better wetting and a clearer residue. For leaded and lead-free soldering. Made for syringe use, stencil printing and rework on all PCB surface finishes; also used for BGA sphere attachment and reballing, flip chip bumping and chip scale packages.
