2. Provide your contact information, device details, and the unique PIN code shown in the center of your card.
3. Upload a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase
4. Save your confirmation in case you need to file a claim

2. Confirm your registered warranty, proof of purchase, and phone number
3. Take your device to an authorized repair facility
4. Receive approval for a check to be mailed in the coverage amount, up to $100
